The centerpiece of the DCS Consulting Services is the Process Refinement Workshop program.
All of the key stakeholders in the organisation, and associated with the organisation’s procurement and accounts payables will play a part in these sessions. The workshop reviews the organisation’s entire purchasing and procurement strategy and processes – looking at what the organisation is buying, who is do the buying, and even more importantly, how it is bought?
